Tools for testers & developers
Useful software for the awkward or repetitive bits of testing, from compliance checks and diagnostics to integrations and utilities.
ENGINEERING TOOLSAN INDEPENDENT SOFTWARE LAB WITH A TESTER’S MINDSET
I build software with testing in mind from the start. From Python automation to apps and developer tools - testability, reliability and maintainability are part of the design.
01 / WHAT HAPPENS HERE?
The best time to think about testing is before the code is written. Here’s where that approach comes to life.
Useful software for the awkward or repetitive bits of testing, from compliance checks and diagnostics to integrations and utilities.
ENGINEERING TOOLSPython, pytest and the tools that make automated tests easier to write, run, debug and maintain.
AUTOMATIONMaking automated test runs and continuous integration workflows more useful, dependable and easier to troubleshoot.
CONTINUOUS TESTINGClear interfaces, observable behaviour and maintainable code. Building software that is easier to verify, not just easier to ship.
TEST-FOCUSED DEVELOPMENTThere’s usually something being built, tested or pulled apart to see how it works.
Current experiments include testing utilities, developer tools and a few independent software projects inspired by problems worth solving. Some are early prototypes; others are taking shape. None are quite ready to be let loose into the wild just yet.
As they become ready to share, you’ll find them here.
Indaco Labs is an independent software lab built around a simple idea: good software should be designed to work well and designed to be tested.
My background spans software testing, automation and scientific software development, including embedded systems, networking and engineering applications. I like building useful things and figuring out how to prove they work.
Alongside my own projects, I’m open to selected collaborations involving test automation, testing tools and quality engineering.
04 / LET’S TALK
Working on something that needs better testing, a useful engineering tool or a fresh look at automation? I’m happy to hear about interesting technical challenges and potential collaborations.
